About the job:

  • Assume overall responsibility for project management in the traditional sense (from planning, control, and monitoring to successful completion)

  • Independently manage technical aspects, including requirements and stakeholder management, change management, and reporting

  • Support the sales team in creating plans and calculations in the presales phase

Who you are:

  • Demonstrable understanding of technical solutions implemented in projects and experience in projects in one or more areas from our portfolio: virtual Data Center, Cloud Native/DevOps, Security, Networking, Hyperscaler, Big Data Analytics, or Development

  • Team spirit and a high degree of initiative and communication skills distinguish you

  • Fluent in German and very good English skills complete your profile

It would be optimal if you…:

  • Have certifications in project management or experience in leading IT projects

  • Possess solid knowledge of manufacturers such as AWS, VMware, Aqua, Microsoft, Elastic, Cisco, Kafka, Confluent, ArcticWolf, or similar

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung von Projekten im klassischen Sinne (von der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss)

  • Eigenverantwortliche technische Steuerung inklusive Anforderungs- und Stakeholder-Management, Change-Management sowie Reporting

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Erstellung von Planungen und Kalkulationen in der Presales Phase

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Nachweisbares Verständnis für technischen Lösungen, die in Projekten umgesetzt werden und Erfahrung in Projekten in einem oder mehreren Bereichen von unserem Portfolio: virtual Data Center, Cloud Native/Devops, Security, Networking, Hyperscaler, Big Data Analytics oder Development

  • Teamfähigkeit und ein hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationskompetenz zeichnen dich aus

  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

  • bereits Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement vorweisen kannst oder Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten hast

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
