Du bewegst dich sicher im Cloud Infrastructure-Umfeld, verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und berätst Kunden souverän und strategisch bei der Positionierung nachhaltiger Lösungen? Dann bieten wir dir die passende Herausforderung.

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du den Vertrieb komplexer Cloud Infrastructure-Lösungen, bei denen technisches Know-how, Vertrauen und Qualität im Mittelpunkt stehen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Consulting- und Service Delivery-Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass IT-Lösungen fachlich fundiert, realistisch geplant und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernimmst du Verantwortung für ausgewählte Key Accounts. Gemeinsam mit unserem Geschäftsbereich Cloud Infrastructure entwickelst du passgenaue Strategien, begleitest anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte und schaffst echten Mehrwert für deine Kunden.

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis in Bezug auf Cloud-Plattformen, Multi-/Hybrid-Cloud-Setups, HCI-Lösungen, vSphere, VMware Cloud Foundation etc.
  • Erfahrung im beratungsorientierten Vertrieb komplexer maßgeschneiderter Cloud Infrastructure-Lösungen und -Services, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Business Development, und die Fähigkeit, diese verständlich und zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen zu verstehen, zu strukturieren und gemeinsam mit Expert:innen in individuelle Kundenlösungen zu übersetzen
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke auf Entscheider Ebene
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

  • Strategische Betreuung, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Cloud Infrastructure
  • Analyse fachlicher und technischer Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungskonzepte
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Account-Strategien mit klarer Ziel- und Mehrwertorientierung
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Bedarfserkennung über Workshops und Angebotsphasen bis zum Abschluss
  • Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen über weitere Solution Areas hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen IT Consulting und Service Delivery Management
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, hochwertigen Customer Journey
