About the job:

Installation and troubleshooting (remote and/or on-site) in the area of enterprise network and security, with a focus on products from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet and Alcatel

Independent project implementation from planning to operational support

Supporting the sales team in the presales phase and preparing proof of concepts – Creation of documentation for customer workshops and training courses

Taking on tasks in the area of managed services

Specialisation in WLAN and security possible

Ensuring a long-term and cooperative partnership with our customers

Willingness to participate in the on-call group
Who you are:

You think in bits and bytes and are confident at Layer 1 to Layer 7

3-5 years of professional experience in network and network security
-
A CCNA or comparable certification
-
Advanced knowledge of routing, switching and Cisco Catalyst

Basic knowledge of firewalling

Strong communication skills and customer orientation

Willingness to travel (A company car with 100% private use will be provided for this purpose. The field service share is approx. 50%, the rest is mobile office)

Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken

Was du mitbringen solltest:
