We're looking for a mid-level to senior .NET Developer with a strong focus on backend development, solid experience working with relational databases and familiarity with frontend development. 

 

As our .NET Developer you will: 

  • .NET & C# Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the latest .NET and C# technologies.  

 

  • Problem-Solve & Innovate: Apply best practices and modern development methodologies to solve complex technical challenges and improve our software products. 

 

  • Coding excellence: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established design patterns and coding standards. 

 

  • Database Expertise: Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries for performance. Translate SQL logic into clean, maintainable application code. 

 

  • Frontend development: Create responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern technologies, preferably Blazor, building reusable components and ensuring smooth integration with backend services. 
     

  • Continuous Learning: Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with the team, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to foster personal and team growth. 

 

Who You Are 

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or you have equivalent hands-on experience. 

  • You have several years of professional experience in .NET development, with deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern development frameworks. 

  • You demonstrate solid skills in backend development, including designing scalable solutions and working extensively with relational databases and SQL. 

  • You are familiar with frontend development, preferably using Blazor; however, experience with other frameworks, such as Angular, is also an advantage. You are comfortable contributing to the implementation and integration of user interfaces. 

  • You communicate clearly and confidently, working well with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders. 

 

It Would Be Optimal If… 

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development and architectural design. 

  • You are familiar with modern .NET Core / .NET 5+ frameworks as well as some exposure to legacy .NET Framework. 

  • You have experience in application modernization, including refactoring legacy codebases and migrating to modern .NET technologies and architectures. 

  • You have worked with frontend technologies, preferably Blazor, and understand how to integrate frontend and backend components effectively. 

  • You are proficient in using Entity Framework Core for data access and management, with a focus on query optimizations and building high-performance data solutions. 

  • You have familiarity with microservices architecture, including designing, developing, and integrating microservices using .NET technologies. 

  • You have experience working with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and developing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms like GCP or Microsoft Azure.

We need about a week to review your documents. You will then receive feedback and, if applicable, an invitation to an online interview.

After an initial online interview via MS Teams, we will decide how to proceed with the process. A swift, transparent, and straightforward application process is important to us. Depending on the position to be filled, further interviews or case studies may follow. There may also be an on-site appointment to get to know each other personally.

Usually the interviews (online and on-site) will take place with you, a potential unit lead/business unit lead for your position, and, if applicable, a colleague and an HR representative.
