Du gestaltest sichere Cloud-Umgebungen und entwickelst DevSecOps-Strategien, die in der Praxis funktionieren.
Als (Senior) DevSecOps Engineer / Consultant (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und bringst Security gezielt in ihre Cloud- und Kubernetes-Umgebungen ein. Du unterstützt nicht nur bei der Umsetzung, sondern berätst, entwickelst Konzepte und etablierst nachhaltige Sicherheitslösungen.
Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung moderner Plattformen, optimierst bestehende Setups und hilfst Teams, Security als festen Bestandteil ihrer Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse zu verankern.
Du arbeitest überwiegend remote und bist punktuell vor Ort, wenn es für den Projekterfolg entscheidend ist.
Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner DevSecOps- und Cloud-Security-Lösungen
- Integration von Security-Prozessen und Tools in Kubernetes- und Cloud-Umgebungen
- Automatisierung von Security-Workflows (z. B. via Python und APIs)
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden in Implementierungsprojekten sowie im laufenden Betrieb
- Zusammenarbeit in einem fokussierten, erfahrenen Security-Team
Deine Qualifikation:
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in DevSecOps, Cloud Security oder IT-Security-Consulting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Linux, Git/GitOps, Terraform, Python und Helm
- Erfahrung mit Security-Best-Practices und modernen Cloud-Architekturen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) / Englisch (mind. C1)
Darüber hinaus verfügst du idealerweise über:
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Erfahrung mit Trivy oder vergleichbaren Tools, AWS, Azure oder CNAPP-Plattformen
- Kenntnisse in Compliance-Frameworks (z. B. BSI-Grundschutz)

Usually the interviews (online and on-site) will take place with you, a potential unit lead/business unit lead for your position, and, if applicable, a colleague and an HR representative.
