📌 Tus responsabilidades

  • Apoyar al equipo de Dirección y Finanzas en España en tareas administrativas y financieras
  • Gestionar cuentas a pagar y a cobrar, incluyendo la contabilización de facturas
  • Gestionar facturas entrantes y salientes, pagos y temas relacionados con beneficios
  • Gestionar gastos de viaje y apoyar procesos de imputación de costes (cross-charging)
  • Preparar documentación contractual y coordinar flujos de firma (por ejemplo, via DocuSign)
  • Garantizar una correcta gestión documental y mantener una visión clara de todos los procesos
  • Mantener y conciliar cuentas, incluyendo movimientos bancarios y de caja
  • Supervisar cuentas a cobrar y gestionar procesos de recobro
  • Participar en iniciativas de digitalización y mejora continua de procesos
  • Contribuir a las tareas administrativas generales para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones diarias del negocio

✅ Tu perfil

  • +3 años de experiencia en contabilidad o contabilidad financiera
  • Conocimientos sólidos de contabilidad empresarial
  • Alta afinidad tecnológica, especialmente con MS Office, y experiencia con software contable
  • Forma de trabajo estructurada, autónoma y orientada al detalle
  • Buenas habilidades organizativas y de comunicación; espíritu de equipo
  • Experiencia con herramientas de facturación, gastos, pagos y asignación de costes
  • Conocimientos básicos de KPIs financieros y/o controlling de proyectos
  • Español fluido e nivel alto de Ingles
  • Discreción y fiabilidad

📌 Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Spanish management and finance teams with administrative and financial tasks
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and posting
  • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, payments, and benefits-related topics
  • Process travel expenses and support cross-charging activities
  • Prepare contract-related documentation and manage workflows (e.g. DocuSign)
  • Ensure proper document management and maintain a clear overview of all processes
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts, including bank and cash postings
  • Monitor receivables and manage dunning processes
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of workflows
  • Additionally, contribute to general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

✅ Your Profile

  • +3 years of experience in accounting or financial accounting
  • Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles
  • Strong IT affinity, especially MS Office; experience with accounting software
  • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with tools for invoicing, expenses, payments, and cross-charging
  • Basic understanding of financial KPIs or project controlling
  • Fluent Spanish and very good English skills
  • High level of discretion and reliability

We need about a week to review your documents. You will then receive feedback and, if applicable, an invitation to an online interview.
