Mainz / Frankfurt, July 16, 2025 – After more than two successful years as “COPiTOS – part of evoila”, the full integration of COPiTOS into the evoila brand marks the next step in the Group’s strategic development. From August 2025, COPiTOS will operate under the uniform brand name evoila.
This change is more than just a uniform logo – it is a strong sign of cohesion, growth and a shared future.
“What has long since grown internally is now also becoming visible externally: a partnership based on trust, technical excellence and a shared attitude.”
– Johannes Hiemer, CEO evoila group
COPiTOS is a Microsoft partner based in Frankfurt and Luxembourg. Over the past 20 years, the company has established itself with customers from industry, finance and public administration in highly specialized areas. This includes Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure, .NET/VBA development as well as support and operations. evoila is strengthening its team with around 60 employees with in-depth expertise in related areas such as VMware, cloud-native applications, Omnitracker, ServiceNow, managed services, security and network operations.
Copitos has complemented evoila’s overall portfolio since 2022. Added value was created in particular thanks to enterprise expertise in the Microsoft environment and a strong delivery mindset that provides for and implements planning, implementation and operation as a whole.
With the rebranding, we are creating a clear, consistent brand identity that conveys to the outside world what has long been practiced internally.

In the accompanying video, Uwe Kirchhoff, Johannes Hiemer and Lars Göbel provide an insight into their motivations and their journey together (german).
For existing customers, partners and employees, everyday life will remain familiar – with the same contact persons, teams, services and processes.
Even though the COPiTOS brand name will no longer be used in the future, it will remain a defining part of our history – just like the team, the culture and the attitude. Elements such as logos and signs will gradually be transferred to the evoila look and feel. The identity remains – it lives on in evoila.
