Mainz, 9 February 2026 – evoila continues to consistently pursue its strategic growth path and integrates operations specialist PROSIS into the evoila group. The goal is to support customers across the entire IT lifecycle from a single source. The integration marks an important milestone in evoila’s development: evoila expands its strong Plan and Build portfolio with Enterprise Managed Services, while PROSIS benefits from clear structures, scalability, and international delivery capabilities.
“With the acquisition of PROSIS, we firmly anchor Enterprise Managed Services in our portfolio and offer our customers and partners a comprehensive Plan–Build–Run approach at the highest level,” says Lars Göbel, CGO of evoila.
PROSIS is a mid-sized IT company headquartered in Gaimersheim near Ingolstadt, with an additional location in Wolfsburg. Around 160 employees support well-known long-standing customers in the enterprise sector. The company focuses on the stable operation of complex IT environments, structured operational processes, and sophisticated enterprise service setups.
“This integration does not feel like a farewell, but rather a deliberate next step forward. PROSIS remains close to its customers, while gaining stronger backing, greater stability, and a clear shared direction,” emphasizes Ivan Wyberal, Managing Director of PROSIS.
Companies are increasingly faced with the challenge of operating ever more complex IT landscapes securely, scalably, and cost-effectively, while the need for clear operational responsibilities continues to grow.
Against this backdrop, evoila has consistently expanded its service portfolio in recent years. PROSIS ideally complements this offering with established Enterprise Managed Services and many years of operational experience, including in highly critical environments.
“At a time when digital sovereignty is becoming increasingly important, we consider it essential not only to provide our customers with first-class consulting, but also to support them with experienced teams for the secure and cost-efficient operation of private clouds, cybersecurity solutions, and data & AI platforms,” says Johannes Hiemer, CEO of evoila.
As part of the integration, responsibilities along the IT lifecycle are clearly defined: within the evoila group, PROSIS is responsible for the operation of complex enterprise IT environments as well as Enterprise Managed Services, while evoila focuses on consulting, architecture, and implementation.
Existing PROSIS customers benefit from expanded consulting and implementation services without any changes to proven operating models or operational responsibilities.
“With the combination of Plan, Build and Run, we create an anchor of stability, especially in economically uncertain times, and pave the way for enhanced customer satisfaction and growth,” explains Johannes Hiemer, CEO of evoila.
