2025 – a year full of challenges and growth

As 2025 comes to a close, one thing is clear: it was not an easy year. Geopolitical tensions, new political alliances and economic uncertainty in Europe, especially in Germany, as well as the rapid progress of artificial intelligence, have significantly reshaped the business environment. Looking ahead to 2026, the conditions will remain challenging.

At the same time, 2025 was a pivotal year for evoila. It demonstrated what can be achieved when mindset, clarity and execution are aligned, even when facing challenges.

Growth with substance

evoila will once again end 2025 with growth, continuing to outpace the market. Over the past five years, the company’s revenue has grown tenfold. During that same period, the team grew from around 80 to nearly 500 employees.

This growth is not an end in itself. It is based on a balanced portfolio, consistently strong demand for services and a clear commitment to quality delivery. Customers value reliability, depth and accountability, and evoila delivers on these expectations with every project.

A key driver of this growth is evoila’s international expansion. In 2025, Bulgaria was added as a new European location. Today, evoila operates in twelve European countries, as well as several non-European markets. A strong and capable team was quickly established in Bulgaria, further strengthening the international delivery structure. Looking ahead, evoila remains focused on expanding its international presence and entering new markets selectively.

A significant milestone in evoila’s development was fully integrating COPiTOS into the evoila brand. Since 2022, COPiTOS had complemented the portfolio with its enterprise expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and delivery focus. The integration combined capabilities, streamlined structures and further strengthened evoila’s market position. A unified brand ensures recognition and consistent communication with customers and partners, while also laying the foundation for future growth.

Our first in-house trade fair: evoila envision 2025

One of the highlights of the year was evoila’s first in-house event, evoila envision 2025. With over 300 participants, the event provided a platform for exchange, knowledge sharing and personal connections.

The program featured a keynote address on the main stage, as well as six additional stages. There were a total of 24 presentations, three panels, 18 master classes and four guided tours. Seventeen partner booths and seven internal evoila booths complemented the event, creating space for conversations, concrete use cases and technical insights.

The envision was intentionally designed as a starting point: a format that brings together technology, practice and community. Positive feedback confirmed the success of this approach and the envision will return in 2026. A recap of the event is available in the following video.

People, brands, and new opportunities

In addition to growth and portfolio development, evoila sharpened its strategic focus for 2025 and beyond. As part of the strategy process for 2030, three key themes have emerged: people, brand and opportunities.

Curiosity, courage and speed of execution have shaped evoila from the beginning and remain core success factors. Identifying new technologies, partnerships and project approaches early on, implementing them pragmatically and continuously evolving them is in evoila’s DNA.

Operational excellence is not just a buzzword, it is a daily standard. That is why evoila consistently invests in its employees’ development and the growth of its team. Sustainable success is achieved when people take responsibility and collaborate to develop solutions.

Challenging times bring uncertainty, but they also create new opportunities. The most important thing is how you approach them. Maintain a positive mindset, set clear goals and strive to create real value for customers and partners.
