📌 Tus responsabilidades

  • Atracción de talento: Identificarás candidatos potenciales y los atraerás al equipo de evoila mediante un enfoque personalizado y cercano. Además, desarrollarás nuestra estrategia de búsqueda activa utilizando las mejores herramientas, métodos y procesos.
  • Networking: Construirás y mantendrás un pool de talento y una red estratégica, revisándolos periódicamente para identificar posibles candidatos.
  • Experiencia del empleado: Acompañarás a los candidatos durante todo el proceso de onboarding, asegurando que cada persona se sienta bienvenida y bien atendida desde el primer día.
  • Asesoramiento: Apoyarás de manera autónoma a los distintos departamentos en todos los temas relacionados con RR. HH., incluyendo selección, gestión de empleados, derecho laboral y desarrollo del talento.
  • Base operativa: Implementarás medidas y procesos administrativos a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del empleado, creando la base necesaria para la gestión de RR. HH. (contratos, archivo de expedientes, elaboración de certificados, etc.).
  • Desarrollo: Impulsarás iniciativas de desarrollo de personas, colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo global de RR. HH. y participarás en la implementación de proyectos internacionales.

 Tu perfil

  • Formación sólida en Administración de Empresas (idealmente con especialización en RR. HH.)
  • Experiencia inicial en funciones operativas de Recursos Humanos
  • Muy buen conocimiento de la legislación laboral española
  • Experiencia en selección de personal, preferiblemente en el sector IT
  • Actitud profesional, espíritu de equipo y alto nivel de iniciativa
  • Nivel avanzado de MS Office
  • Experiencia con Workday será un plus
  • Discreción y fiabilidad
  • Fuerte orientación al servicio, perseverancia y sensibilidad en el trato con personas
  • Español fluido y buen nivel de inglés

Your Responsibilities:

  • Inspire: You identify potential candidates and attract them to join the evoila team through a personalized and engaging approach. You will further develop our active sourcing strategy using the best tools, methods, and processes.
  • Network: You build and maintain a talent pool and a strategic network, regularly screening it for potential candidates.
  • Value: You support candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring that every individual feels welcome and well taken care of from the start.
  • Advise: You independently support our departments on all HR-related matters, including recruiting, employee support, labor law, and personnel development.
  • Build Foundations: You implement administrative measures and processes across the entire employee journey, creating the essential foundation for HR operations (including contract preparation, maintaining personnel files, drafting references, and more).
  • Develop: You drive all topics related to people development, collaborate closely with HR colleagues in the group, and contribute to the implementation of global HR projects.

Your Profile:

  • A solid background in business administration (ideally with a focus on HR management)
  • Initial experience in operational HR work
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish labor law
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT sector
  • Professional demeanor, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Discretion and reliability are a given for you
  • A strong service mindset, perseverance, and sensitivity in dealing with people
  • Fluency in Spanish and good English skills

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
