As an Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are our driving force when it comes to events, because you design, coordinate and realize our corporate events with care and strategic skill. About the job:

• Conception, planning, organization and implementation of events of all sizes in line with the objectives and budget (national and international events) in the B2B environment

• Collaboration with the various stakeholders (business units, partners, marketing team)  

• Analyzing, monitoring and reporting on the measures implemented and deriving recommendations for action, including post-event analysis, participant surveys and reporting on the success of the events

• Creation and implementation of the annual event plan in line with the marketing strategy & planning

• (Further) development of target group-oriented event formats, event concepts and processes that can be adapted across countries 

• Selection and management of venues, suppliers and service providers

• Coordination of all event details, including branding content, speakers, participant management, catering, program, transportation, accommodation, etc.

• Developing and monitoring event budgets

• Ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations

Who you are:

• Completed training in the event sector or a comparable qualification

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in event planning or event management (B2B/B2C)

• Enthusiasm for events and practiced use of event management tools

• Strong organizational skills – you are used to managing several projects at the same time

• Experience in budget management and negotiating with suppliers

• You are creative and have a keen sense for innovative event design

• You are a talented communicator and team spirit is your top priority

• A high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills 

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Very good knowledge of both German and English

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Teams, Planner, PowerPoint and Excel

• Willingness to travel and to work outside normal working hours, depending on event planning

It would be optimal if:

• You have experience in working with social media marketing or video teams.

• You have multimedia skills.

• You even have knowledge of the languages of our respective national companies.

• You have a solid technical understanding and are able to think analytically and across disciplines.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events aller Größenordnungen im Einklang mit den Zielen und dem Budget (nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen) im B2B-Umfeld

• Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Business Units, Partnern, Marketing-Team)  

• Analyse, Monitoring und Reporting der umgesetzten Maßnahmen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen inkl. Post-Event-Analyse, Teilnehmendenbefragung und Berichterstattung über den Erfolg der Veranstaltungen

• Erstellung und Umsetzung des Jahresveranstaltungsplans in Einklang mit der Marketing-Strategie & Planung

• (Weiter-)Entwicklung von zielgruppenorientierten Veranstaltungsformaten, Eventkonzepten und -prozessen, die länderübergreifend adaptiert werden können 

• Auswahl und Management von Veranstaltungsorten, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern

• Koordination aller Eventdetails, einschließlich Branding-Content, Speaker, Teilnehmenden Management, Catering, Programm, Transport, Unterkunft usw.

• Entwicklung und Überwachung von Event-Budgets

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in dem Event-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Eventplanung oder im Eventmanagement (B2B/B2C)

• Begeisterung für Veranstaltungen und geübter Umgang mit Eventmanagement-Tools

• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten – mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen, bist du gewöhnt

• Erfahrung im Budgetmanagement und in der Verhandlung mit Lieferanten

• Du bist kreativ und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für innovative Eventgestaltung

• Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und Teamgeist steht für dich an erster Stelle

• Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Organisationsfähigkeit 

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch

• Geübter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Teams, Planner, PowerPoint und Excel

• Reisebereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft auch außerhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten zu arbeiten, je nach Eventplanung

Optimal wäre es, wenn:

• Du Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Social Media Marketing oder Video-Teams hast.

• Du multimediale Skills mitbringst.

• Du sogar noch Kenntnisse in den Sprachen unserer jeweiligen Landesgesellschaften hast.

• Du über ein solides technisches Verständnis verfügst und in der Lage bist, analytisch und fachübergreifend zu denken.
