Conception, planning, organization and implementation of events of all sizes in line with the objectives and budget (national and international events) in the B2B environment
Collaboration with the various stakeholders (business units, partners, marketing team)
Analyzing, monitoring and reporting on the measures implemented and deriving recommendations for action, including post-event analysis, participant surveys and reporting on the success of the events
Creation and implementation of the annual event plan in line with the marketing strategy & planning
(Further) development of target group-oriented event formats, event concepts and processes that can be adapted across countries
Selection and management of venues, suppliers and service providers
Coordination of all event details, including branding content, speakers, participant management, catering, program, transportation, accommodation, etc.
Developing and monitoring event budgets
Ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations
Completed training in the event sector or a comparable qualification
At least three years of relevant professional experience in event planning or event management (B2B/B2C)
Enthusiasm for events and practiced use of event management tools
Strong organizational skills – you are used to managing several projects at the same time
Experience in budget management and negotiating with suppliers
You are creative and have a keen sense for innovative event design
You are a talented communicator and team spirit is your top priority
A high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Very good knowledge of both German and English
