Zur Verstärkung unserer Delivery suchen wir dich als Azure Infrastructure Engineer – Senior Consultant (m/w/d), um unsere wachsende Projektpipeline zuverlässig und nachhaltig umzusetzen.

Deine Mission

Als Senior Consultant bist du Berater, technischer Sparringspartner und Umsetzer zugleich. Du bist beteiligt am Design und der Implementierung moderner Azure‑Infrastrukturen – von der Landing Zone bis zum stabilen Betrieb – und arbeitest dabei eng und auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Kunden zusammen, überwiegend remote.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Azure Infrastrukturprojekten (Migration, Modernisierung, Greenfield)
  • Design und Implementierung von Azure Landing Zones nach Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
  • Aufbau sicherer Hub‑Spoke‑Netzwerke, ExpressRoute‑ und VPN‑Anbindungen
  • Migration von On‑Premises‑Workloads nach Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
    inkl. Sizing, TCO‑Modellierung, Cutover‑Planung und Hypercare
  • FinOps & Cost Optimization (Tagging, Reservierungen, Right‑Sizing, Cost‑Dashboards)
  • Konzeption von Backup‑, Disaster‑Recovery‑ und Resilienz‑Strategien
    (Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery)

Erweiterte Aufgaben (je nach Profil)

  • Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM
  • Aufbau von Security‑ und Compliance‑Baselines (Defender for Cloud, Policy‑as‑Code, Sentinel)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep oder Terraform) und CI/CD‑Pipelines
  • Pre‑Sales‑Unterstützung: Workshops, Assessments, Solution Design
  • Pflege von Reference Architectures, IaC‑Templates und Delivery‑Standards
  • Technische Begleitung strategischer Kunden als Trusted Advisor

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Mind. 3 Jahre Projekterfahrung im Microsoft‑Azure‑Umfeld als Consultant
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Azure Landing Zones / CAF
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerk‑Designs (Hub‑Spoke, ExpressRoute, VPN)
  • Praxis in Migrations‑ und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Erfahrung in FinOps & Cost Optimization
  • Kenntnisse zu Backup‑ und DR‑Konzepten
  • Microsoft AZ‑104 (zwingend)
  • Sicherer Umgang in der direkten Kundenarbeit
  • Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch B2/C1
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Idealerweise erfüllst du folgende zusätzliche Voraussetzungen

  • AZ‑305 oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen
  • Knowhow in Security, Compliance, IaC, CI/CD, AVS, Sovereign‑Cloud‑Themen
  • Branchenkenntnisse Public Sector, Financial Services oder Manufacturing

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
