Operations Redefined
Modern Connectivity on your terms
Digital growth naturally expands your infrastructure footprint across new locations, microservices, and multi-cloud edges. evoila bridges the operational capacity gap by delivering elite network operations that match your precise boundaries.
Instead of rigid total-takeover contracts, you choose between three flexible service tiers designed to augment your internal engineering power: proactive standard Maintenance, agile Managed Service Lite for targeted on-call escalations, or complete Full Managed Service automation.
Market Architecture
From understaffed pipelines to zero-friction scaling
Modern business environments require multi-faceted engineering skills, yet internal enterprise IT teams often stay flat while routing environments grow increasingly complex. Expecting a single administrator to seamlessly balance advanced Fortinet firewall architectures, automated SD-WAN links, and high-throughput Arista data center fabrics inevitably triggers operational scale issues. Essential security updates, compliance validation steps, and complex topology changes get deferred simply because daily micro-incidents consume all internal resources.
Passing this operational burden to a legacy outsourcing provider usually replaces technical friction with financial friction: high fixed retainers, a loss of system flexibility, and standard helpdesks that lack native context. The strategic answer is modular, co-managed engineering. We step in exactly where your internal bandwidth ends, providing transparent, auditable network controls that easily satisfy rigorous global frameworks like NIS2.
Unlocking internal velocity through shared automation
True network stability does not demand a black-box replacement of your teams. We integrate modern provisioning blueprints into your active environment, offloading routine lifecycle management so your internal innovators can focus on building what matters next.
Our validated partner network
Secure your pipeline, we take care of your network
Every quarter an IT team runs network operations with too little staff and too little vendor depth is a quarter of unnecessary outage risk, open compliance gaps, and tied-up capacity that is missing elsewhere. evoila takes over exactly the part that cannot be covered efficiently in-house and scales the handover to the level your team actually needs.
Not sure what the right next step is?
That’s exactly the right moment to reach out. We help you think through what’s realistic for your environment, before any scope is defined and without any obligation.

FAQs
Commonly asked questions about Network Managed Services
For infrastructure that evoila has installed, the managed service starts without additional onboarding effort. For new environments, evoila runs a structured assessment, inventory, documentation, and monitoring integration. This process typically completes within two to three weeks. From assessment sign-off, the contractually agreed SLA applies in full.
Costs depend on infrastructure scope, site count, and service tier. evoila produces a full TCO comparison during scoping, including internal staff costs, opportunity costs, and avoided outage costs. Mid-market customers with 3–5 sites typically report payback within 12–18 months compared to the status quo.
Yes switching between Maintenance, Managed Service Lite, and Full Managed Service is possible at any time without a new contract. Upgrades take effect with four weeks’ notice; downgrades at the next contract anniversary. Because all tiers run on the same service platform and the same engineers, no knowledge transfer overhead occurs on tier change.
Yes. IT leaders retain full transparency through the customer portal. live status, ticket history, SLA reporting, and configuration history. In Full Managed Service, the internal team approves changes; evoila executes them. Operational authority stays with the customer; operational effort moves to evoila.
In Full Managed Service, evoila generates automated compliance reports from the monitoring and change management system, with evidence of configuration control, patch status, incident response times, and network segmentation. These reports are directly usable for NIS2 audits. The MDR/SOC add-on covers the incident detection and response requirements under NIS2 Article 21.
