Bridging the Capacity Gap as Your Network Expands
Planning, deploying, and continuously operating corporate network environments demands a high level of vendor specialization that is rarely available in full internally. Attempting to fill these operational capacity gaps with fragmented service providers creates critical handover risks between your design teams, project delivery functions, and daily operations. When real-world layouts drift from theoretical architectures, system transparency stalls and escalation response times slow down.
evoila resolves this friction by deploying identical, multi-certified engineering functions across the entire lifecycle. We completely eliminate information loss between distinct organizations. Your technical changes route directly through platform specialists with native context, bypassing generalist helpdesks entirely. Our network engineers collaborate directly with internal cloud and cybersecurity functions to resolve multi-system operational challenges simultaneously and without internal escalation barriers.
Our Conviction
Why unified engineering teams make the strategic difference
The most common weak point in network service delivery is not the technology, it is the handover.
When a deployment project closes and infrastructure operations transfer to a separate team or an external provider, vital system context disappears. The new operations team is forced to learn your environment purely from static documentation, not from real-world implementation.
evoila permanently removes this structural risk: our project architects and managed service teams work in continuous, native collaboration, sharing insights, data logs, and infrastructure context end to end.
- Direct-to-Expert Paths: Skip frustrating first-level helpdesk dispatchers and connect straight to certified network architects
- Cross-Platform Scale: Benefit from enterprise-grade depth backed by comprehensive multi-vendor hypervisor and cloud routing experience
- Native Security Guardrails: Your active infrastructure layer seamlessly integrates with our internal twenty-four-seven security operations center via evoila MDR

FAQs
Commonly asked questions about Network Services
Yes. Consulting and installation as well as managed services are available independently. The full value of the continuous model emerges when the same teams own both phases. knowledge loss and onboarding overhead are eliminated entirely. Managed service entry is also available for infrastructure that evoila did not install.
After project sign-off, IT leaders choose between internal operations with complete documentation, a maintenance contract, or full managed service. Because project and operations teams work directly together at evoila, there is no knowledge gap at the transition and no new provider that needs to be onboarded.
NIS2 requires documented security controls across the full network lifecycle. evoila integrates compliance requirements into every phase: architecture design with segmentation, change management with full audit trail, and automated reporting in managed service. The MDR/SOC add-on covers incident detection and response requirements under Article 21.
Classic system integrators separate project delivery from operations, either organizationally or through external managed service partners. At evoila, the same certified engineers work across both areas. No first-level helpdesk, no outsourced operations, no boundary between the team that knows the system and the team that runs it.
