No. Benefits complement your salary, they do not substitute for it. At evoila, the annual bonus, salary reviews and benefits are designed to work together as a complete package, not as trade-offs against each other.

Most benefits are available across all employment types, including part-time and internship roles. The prepaid card, corporate discounts and Mobile Work policy apply from day one. Specific schemes like the company pension or JobRad are available after onboarding.
