Apprenticeships at evoila
Currently, all training programs take place on-site in Ingolstadt
Work on real projects with real clients. From day one, you take ownership and manage your own tasks while gradually developing your skills. You can explore different technologies and find the direction that fits you best. Your trainers support you with their experience and guide you in your day-to-day work.
Your tasks
• Learn modern programming languages such as Java or C++
• Understand how software is designed, built and improved
• Develop your own tools as part of a team
• Work in agile projects from concept to implementation
• Contribute to the development of real products
What you should bring
• Interest in software development and some initial experience in IT
• Curiosity and the ability to learn new topics quickly
• Enjoy working on solutions as part of a team
• Very good German and good English skills
Work with real systems and take responsibility from the start. You support IT environments, help your colleagues and learn how modern infrastructure operates in practice.
You can explore different areas and continuously build your skills with the support of experienced trainers.
Your tasks
• Work with Linux, macOS and Windows systems
• Gain an understanding of IT infrastructure at evoila
• Support colleagues by setting up hardware and software
• Stay up to date with IT and security topics
• Automate recurring tasks
What you should bring
• Interest in IT and some initial experience
• Curiosity and a structured approach to new topics
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems collaboratively
• Very good German and good English skills
Take on real responsibilities from day one and contribute to the daily operations of the business. You work across different areas and gain insight into how internal processes and client interactions are managed.

• Work across office tasks and client communication
• Learn structured, process-driven and service-oriented work
• Support teams in HR, reception and accounting
• Develop your organizational and coordination skills

• Strong organizational skills and interest in office work

Become part of the marketing team from the start and work on real design tasks. You develop your creative skills across different formats and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

• Create layouts and presentations based on brand guidelines
• Design visual elements for different media
• Create graphics, icons and illustrations
• Research and select suitable design materials

Selection process
How the application process works
We want to get to know you as a person, not just your application.
The process consists of two steps. If your application convinces us, we invite you to a first digital introduction via Microsoft Teams. In a relaxed setting, you meet someone from our People & Culture team as well as your potential trainer. What matters most to us is understanding what motivates you, what interests you and why evoila is the right place for you.
Of course, you can ask any questions at any time. It should not only be about us getting to know you, but also about you understanding whether evoila fits you.
If both sides feel it is a good match, we invite you to spend a day with us on-site in Ingolstadt. You get to know your future team, see how we work and experience everyday life at evoila first-hand. You are actively involved, just as you will be later during your training.

evoila Ingolstadt offers several future-oriented apprenticeships. These include roles in application development, system integration, digital and print media design, and office management. All programs are based in Ingolstadt.
Training at evoila is strongly practice-oriented. From the beginning, you are part of the team and work on real tasks and projects. You gradually take on more responsibility, supported by dedicated contacts and mentors.
Trainees at evoila receive close support and individual development. Regular feedback sessions help track your progress and define goals. Mentors, exam preparation and additional learning opportunities support your development both professionally and personally.
