Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einige unserer wichtigsten Kunden. Gemeinsam mit unserem Geschäftsbereich Network entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Strategien, begleitest anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte und schaffst echten Mehrwert – damit deine Kunden klare Wettbewerbsvorteile erzielen können.
Deine Aufgaben
- Pflege, Ausbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden in der Solution Area Network
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Account-Pläne
- Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale und Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Erstansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Cross- und Upselling weiterer Themenfelder in unseren Solution Areas
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technisch versierten Kolleg:innen aus Beratung und Delivery
- Optimierung der Customer Journey und Sicherstellung maximaler Kundenzufriedenheit
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb maßgeschneiderter Network-Lösungen und -Services (z. B. LANWLAN, SD-WAN, Datacenter Routing & Switching, SASE, Next Generation Firewalling, Private 5G etc.)
- Hersteller Know-how & Netzwerk bei Cisco, Fortinet, Arista etc. von Vorteil
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Business Development und gute Kenntnisse aktueller IT-Technologien und Trends
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke bis auf Entscheiderebene
- Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu analysieren und zusammen mit unseren Expert:innen individuelle Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Talent, komplexe technische Themen überzeugend und verständlich zu präsentieren
- Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
Optimalerweise bringst du außerdem mit
- Gespür für Trends und Herausforderungen in verschiedenen Branchen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) und deren Bedeutung für erfolgreiche Projekte

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.
After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.
We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
