“Real change rarely happens in a traditional meeting. Rarely in a perfectly prepared presentation. It happens in the moments when inspiration meets consistent execution.”

This is exactly how our collaboration with Freshfields in Frankfurt began. An open and intensive exchange with Tina Trippens about the potential of artificial intelligence quickly developed into a clear vision: not just discussing the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, but making it tangible in a real working context.
Within just a few weeks, this initial inspiration turned into reality. On 24 February, we had the opportunity to demonstrate on site how Copilot can be used in the context of Modern Work. Practical, hands-on and directly connected to day-to-day business.
The focus was not on the technology itself, but on its impact. The key moment came when interest turned into genuine conviction.
Microsoft 365 Copilot delivers real value when it is integrated into existing processes and supports employees directly. Whether it is structuring information, automating repetitive tasks or accelerating decision-making, the impact becomes visible in everyday work.
Once again, the collaboration showed which factors are essential for innovation to truly make an impact:
Together with Tina Trippens and Jennifer Adelsberger, we were able to place exactly these aspects at the center of the workshop. A special thank you for the trust and the constructive exchange.
Our thanks also go to the evoila team, Gyrkan Sefa, David Hermes, Murad Shafiq and Marlon Corrado, for the strong collaboration and the joint implementation on site.

From the perspective of a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, one thing is becoming increasingly clear.
The future of work will not be defined by technology alone. What truly matters is an organization’s ability to apply these technologies in a meaningful way and integrate them into existing ways of working. Copilot is not an end in itself. It is a tool that supports people, helps them focus on what matters most and creates space for real value creation.
Real change does not start with tools. It starts with mindset, curiosity and the willingness to explore new approaches.
The key question is not whether the technology is ready. The real question is whether we are.
