As a Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) at evoila, you will be the central point of contact for our customers and help them get the best out of modern cloud and IT infrastructures. You combine technical understanding with strategic consulting and act as a bridge between customers, internal teams and manufacturers.

About the job:

  • Supporting and strategically advising our customers on cloud, automation and infrastructure solutions

  • Analysing customer requirements and developing customised IT solutions

  • Conducting strategy workshops, roadmap sessions and regular review meetings

  • Coordination between customers, internal teams and technology partners for the continuous optimisation of IT environments

  • Identification of optimisation potential and development of best practices for more efficient use of technologies

  • Support with technical issues as well as with the evaluation and implementation of new features and further developments

Who you are:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, technical account management or a comparable role

  • In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware), automation, network technologies or IT security

  • Confident demeanour, strong analytical and conceptual skills and strong customer focus

  • Experience in stakeholder management and the coordination of technical and strategic requirements

  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each case)

It would be optimall if you…:

  • Have knowledge of modern cloud and infrastructure technologies (ideally VMware, Kubernetes or public cloud services)

  • have experience with IT strategy development and process optimisation

  • can moderate workshops and enablement sessions for customers

  • Have a basic understanding of IT service management and ITIL processes

  • Can explain complex technical issues in an understandable way

Als Technical Account Manager (m/w/d) bei evoila wirst du zum zentralen Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und hilfst ihnen, das Beste aus modernen Cloud- und IT-Infrastrukturen herauszuholen. Du kombinierst technisches Verständnis mit strategischer Beratung und bist die Brücke zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und Herstellern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und strategische Beratung unserer Kunden zu Cloud-, Automatisierungs- und Infrastruktur-Lösungen

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen

  • Durchführung von Strategieworkshops, Roadmap-Sessions und regelmäßigen Review-Meetings

  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und Technologiepartnern zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der IT-Umgebungen

  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwickeln von Best Practices für eine effizientere Nutzung der Technologien

  • Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie bei der Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Features und Weiterentwicklungen

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung, im technischen Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

  • Fundiertes Wissen in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, VMware), Automatisierung, Netzwerktechnologien oder IT-Security

  • Souveränes Auftreten, starke analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Koordination technischer und strategischer Anforderungen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mindestens C1)

Optimal wäre es, wenn du…:

  • Kenntnisse über moderne Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Technologien mitbringst (idealerweise VMware, Kubernetes oder Public Cloud Services)

  • Erfahrung mit IT-Strategieentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung hast

  • Workshops und Enablement-Sessions für Kunden moderieren kannst

  • Grundverständnis für IT-Service-Management und ITIL-Prozesse besitzt

  • Komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären kannst

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
