As a Support Service Representative (m/f/d) in the Managed Services department, you will play a pivotal role in our team. You will support our clients in managing their environments and resolving incidents.

About the job:

  • Active operation and maintenance of the environment

  • Ticket handling

  • Document in the ticketing system in german language

  • Generate a Ticket with the manufacturer, if necessary

  • Guiding the customer until the ticket is successfully resolved

Who you are:

  • Completed IT education or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Experience in operating VmWare environments, especially TKG(I) or NSX

  • Knowledge in Kubernetes or Linux environments

  • Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for teamwork

  • Excellent communication skills to manage escalations self-confident

  • Good German language skills at level C1 (or higher) and English language skills at level B2 (or higher)

  • Willingness to work in on-call duty

It would be optimal if:

  • You have experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

  • You possess knowledge in IT Service Management.

Als Support Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Managed Services spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team. Du stehst unseren Kunden (m/w/d) bei der Betreuung ihrer Umgebungen und der Lösung von Störungsfällen zur Seite.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktiver Betrieb der Umgebung

  • Entgegennahme von Tickets

  • Bedienung des Ticketsystems

  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem in deutscher Sprache

  • Generierung von Tickets beim Hersteller, wenn nötig

  • Begleitung des Kunden bis zum Abschluss des Tickets

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von VmWare Umgebungen, insbesondere TKG(I) oder NSX

  • Kenntnisse in Kubernetes oder im Linux-Umfeld

  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Teamarbeit

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Eskalationen souverän zu managen

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Level C1 (oder höher) und Englischkenntnisse auf Level B2 (oder höher)

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Bereitschaftsdienst

Optimal wäre es, wenn:

  • Du Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Technologien wie AWS oder Azure mitbringst.

  • Du über Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management verfügst.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
