In the role of Support Service Employee (m/f/d) in the Managed Services division, you will occupy a key position. You will be the direct point of contact for our customers and help them to keep their IT environments running smoothly and resolve faults quickly and efficiently.
Support & operation: You will administer, configure and operate various customer environments. Your task is to rectify faults and ensure seamless monitoring and reporting.
Ticket management: You are responsible for receiving and processing tickets via our ticket system (Jira). If necessary, you will open manufacturer tickets (also in English).
Customer support: You will accompany our customers from the problem report to the solution and ensure that all IT service management processes are adhered to.
Collaboration: You will work closely with our customers' specialist departments to find the best solutions.
Completed IT training or at least 2 years of professional experience.
Experience in operating environments with Dell hardware (especially VxRail, Data Domain, Power Protect) and Veeam backup solutions.
Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Practical experience in Day2Operations (alerting, monitoring, backup).
A strong service orientation and enjoy working in a team.
Strong communication skills to act confidently even in stressful situations.
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2).
Willingness to work on-call duty.
You have basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as CheckMK or Zabbix.
You have knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and DNS.
You already have experience with SSO solutions (Keycloak).

Kundenbetreuung: Du begleitest unsere Kunden von der Problemmeldung bis zur Lösung und stellst sicher, dass alle IT-Service Management Prozesse eingehalten werden.
Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen unserer Kunden zusammen, um die besten Lösungen zu finden.
Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
Erfahrung im Betrieb von Umgebungen mit Dell-Hardware (insbesondere VxRail, Data Domain, Power Protect) und Veeam-Backup-Lösungen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen.
