As a Support Service Employee (m/f/d) in the Managed Services area, you will play a key role. You will help our customers to support their IT environments and ensure that faults are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Support & Operations: You are responsible for the administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting of various customer environments.
Ticket management: You will process customer enquiries via our ticket system (Jira) and create manufacturer tickets (in English if required).
Customer support: You accompany our customers through the entire ticket process and ensure that all IT service management processes are adhered to.
Collaboration: You will work closely with our customers' specialist departments to find customised solutions.
Completed IT training or at least 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
Experience in operating VMware environments, especially VCF with Vcenter, NSX, ESXi, VSan and vCloud Director.
Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux.
A strong service orientation and enjoy working in a team.
Excellent communication skills to act calmly and confidently even in critical situations.
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2).
Willingness to work on-call duty.
You have basic knowledge of VMware Aria Suite, Automation or Operations.
