About the job:

  • Analysis, monitoring and reporting of social media channels including measures and derivation of recommendations for action 

  • Content strategies for B2B target groups, persona development and further development

  • You coordinate and manage content on various social media touchpoints

  • You build and maintain brand ambassador and community relationships and develop user-generated content initiatives

  • You integrate SEO and content optimization strategies

  • Increase social media engagement / followers through daily creation and sharing of stories, posts, reals etc.

  • Creation and implementation of an editorial plan / marketing strategy

  • Commissioning, coordination and implementation of graphic assignments with our design agency (or yourself if you have the relevant skills)

  • Launching PR campaigns, maintaining contact with local media

Who you are:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media, economics or a comparable qualification 

  • Enthusiasm for social media marketing

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media (B2B/B2C)

  • You have experience in online content management with the ability to coordinate and effectively manage content on various platforms

  • You are creative and have a keen sense for appealing texts and visual content

  • You are confident in using LinkedIn, Xing and Instagram

  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working 

  • You have a good technical understanding and are able to think analytically and across disciplines; you are no stranger to IT

  • A high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills 

  • Very good knowledge of both German and English

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Teams, Planner, PowerPoint and Excel

  • A willingness to learn and initiative are also very important to us

  • You are a talented communicator and team spirit is your top priority

It would be optimal if:

  • You already have experience with YouTube and TikTok as well as visualizing content with Adobe programs or Canva.

  • You find PR exciting and have multimedia skills.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse, Monitoring und Reporting der Social Media Kanäle inkl. Maßnahmen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen. 

  • Content-Strategien für B2B Zielgruppen, Persona-Entwicklung und weiterentwicklung

  • Du koordinierst und managed Inhalte auf verschiedenen Touchpoints von Social Media

  • Du bildest und pflegst Brand Ambassador und Community Beziehungen und entwickelst User Generated Content-Initiativen

  • Du integriest SEO- und Content Optimierungsstrategien

  • Steigerung des Social Media Engagements / der Follower durch tägliches Erstellen und Teilen von Stories, Posts, Reals etc.

  • Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Redaktionsplans / Marketing Strategie

  • Beauftragung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Grafikaufträgen mit unserer Designagentur (oder selbst, wenn entsprechende Kenntnisse vorhanden sind)

  • PR-Kampagnen lancieren, Kontakt zu lokalen Medien halten

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Begeisterung für Social Media Marketing

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media (B2B/B2C)

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Online Content Management mit der Fähigkeit zur Koordination und effektiven Verwaltung von Content auf den verschiedenen Plattformen

  • Du bist kreativ und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für ansprechende Texte und visuelle Inhalte

  • Sattelfest im Umgang mit LinkedIn, Xing und Instagram

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und bist in der Lage, analytisch und fachübergreifend zu denken, das Thema IT ist kein Fremdwort für dich

  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Organisationsfähigkeit 

  • sehr gute Kenntnisse sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
