About the job:

  • Inspire: You identify potential employees and can attract them to join our evoila team by approaching them individually and with appreciation. You will further develop the topic of active sourcing and use the best tools, methods and processes for this.

  • Networking: You build up a talent pool and a strategic network, maintain them and regularly screen them for potential employees.

  • Driving forward: You validate recruiting trends in the IT sector and manage recruiting measures based on needs and target groups.

  • Advise: You independently support our specialist departments with regard to all questions relating to recruitment.

  • Appreciate: You accompany our applicants on their candidate journey and ensure that each individual feels welcome and in good hands with us.

  • Recruit: You organize and carry out various HR marketing measures such as university fairs.

Who you are:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics, social sciences or a comparable field of study

  • You already have in-depth experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT sector

  • You have a professional demeanor, the ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative

  • You have a service mentality, perseverance and tact

  • You have an open and communicative personality

  • You speak fluent German and good English

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begeistern: Du identifizierst potenzielle Mitarbeiter:innen und kannst sie über individuelle und wertschätzende Ansprache für die Mitarbeit in unserem evoila Team gewinnen. Dabei entwickelst du das Thema Active Sourcing weiter und setzt hierfür die besten Tools, Methoden und Prozesse ein.

  • Netzwerken: Du baust einen Talentpool und ein strategisches Netzwerk auf, pflegst diese und screenst sie regelmäßig nach potentiellen Mitarbeiter:innen.

  • Vorantreiben: Du validierst Recruiting Trends im IT Bereich und steuerst bedarfs- und zielgruppenspezifische Recruitingmaßnahmen.

  • Beraten: Du betreust eigenständig unsere Fachbereiche hinsichtlich aller Fragen rund um die Personalgewinnung.

  • Wertschätzen: Du begleitest unsere Bewerber:innen auf ihrer Candidate Journey und stellst sicher, dass sich jede:r Einzelne bei uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlt.

  • Werben: Du organisierst und führst diverse Personalmarketingmaßnahmen wie z. B. Hochschulmessen durch.

  • Mitgestalten: Du unterstützt uns bei unseren gemeinsamen HR-Projekten und arbeitest eigenständig an deinen eigenen Projekten.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Du kannst bereits eingehende Erfahrungen im Bereich Talent Akquisition, vorzugsweise im IT-Bereich aufweisen

  • Professionelles Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und ein hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus

  • Du verfügst über eine Dienstleistungsmentalität, Durchhaltevermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl

  • Du bist eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Then you should read on now anyway because it is our goal to make you become an expert who is one step ahead of therest.

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.

Your application documents will only be made available to the HR department, the management and the potential team leader. All data will be treated confidentially.
