Locations: Mainz (2 days/week) and Frankfurt (1 day/week)

About the job:

  • You will represent evoila, welcome our customers and guests and make them feel at home immediately.

  • Preparing and tidying up meeting rooms? That's part of it too, of course!

  • You are our organisational talent: processing mail, courier deliveries and purchasing office and hospitality materials are all in your hands.

  • You keep an overview and ensure that documents are filed in an organised manner.

  • You will also take on location-related tasks as well as exciting special or project tasks.

Who you are:

  • You are comfortable working with MS Office.

  • Stressful situations don't rattle you; you work in a structured and organised manner.

  • You are a real team player, like to organise and enjoy interacting with others.

  • Independent and solution-orientated work is your thing, and variety is a plus for you.

  • Business fluent German and good English round off your profile.

It would be optimal if:

  • You have commercial training and initial experience in a comparable position

  • Alternatively, you have several years of experience in a comparable position

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du repräsentierst evoila, empfängst unsere Kunden und Gäste und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sofort wohlfühlen.

  • Meetingräume vorbereiten und aufräumen? Gehört natürlich auch dazu!

  • Du bist unser Organisationstalent: Bearbeitung der Post, Kuriersendungen und Einkauf von Büro- und Bewirtungsmaterial liegen in Deinen Händen.

  • Dabei behältst Du den Überblick und sorgst für Ordnung bei der Dokumentenablage.

  • Zusätzlich übernimmst Du standortbezogene Aufgaben sowie spannende Sonder- oder Projektaufgaben.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Der Umgang mit MS Office ist für Dich kein Problem.

  • Stressige Situationen bringen Dich nicht aus der Ruhe; Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert.

  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, organisierst gerne und hast Freude am Kontakt mit anderen.

  • Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten ist Dein Ding, und Abwechslung ist für Dich ein Plus.

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch runden Dein Profil ab.

Optimal wäre, wenn:

  • Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position hast

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
