About the job:

  • HubSpot management: Using HubSpot as a central platform for lead generation, automation and workflow optimization

  • Website management: Maintenance, further development and SEO optimization of the website, including technical updates and content creation

  • Content strategy: consulting, development and implementation of blogs, landing pages and multimedia content to strengthen the digital presence

  • Newsletter management: creation and optimization of target group-specific newsletters, including success measurement with HubSpot

  • Data analysis: analysis and reporting of all measures in order to make data-based decisions

  • Collaboration and strategy: close collaboration with sales, content creators and specialist departments to develop cross-channel marketing strategies

  • Optimal addition: Performance marketing: Analysis and reporting of all measures to make data-based decisions

Who you are:

  • Experience in working with HubSpot and marketing automation

  • Knowledge of website management (CMS systems such as WordPress or HubSpot CMS)

  • Understanding of SEO and content strategies Analytical skills, a willingness to innovate and a data-based way of working

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across functions

  • Independence, organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • You have experience with interdisciplinary hybrid teams

  • You already have experience working with creative and technical teams

Deine Aufgaben:

  • HubSpot-Management: Nutzung von HubSpot als zentrale Plattform zur Lead-Generierung, Automatisierung und Workflow-Optimierung

  • Website-Management: Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und SEO-Optimierung der Website, inklusive technischer Updates und Content-Erstellung

  • Content-Strategie: Beratung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Blogs, Landing Pages und multimedialem Content, um die digitale Präsenz zu stärken

  • Newsletter-Management: Erstellung und Optimierung zielgruppenspezifischer Newsletter, inklusive Erfolgsmessung mit HubSpot

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
