As a Business Unit Lead (m/f/d) for Managed Services, you will take on a leadership position in our team. You will manage and motivate a team of experts providing IT services contractually agreed for our customers. Your responsibilities include day-to-day operations, demand-oriented resource planning, ensuring service quality according to ITIL standards, monitoring processes, and ensuring the agreed-upon services.

About the job:

  • Strategic alignment of the Managed Services Business Unit

  • Financial calculation of the offered services

  • Consideration of the break event in team growth planning

  • Active participation and support of sales representatives in the presales phase

  • Support of Unit Leads in organizing on-call duties

  • Definition of best practices aligned with ITIL

  • Adjustments to necessary processes with an understanding of ISO-standards

  • Quality assurance for the defined documentation standards

Who you are:

  • Completed commercial education or comparable degree

  • High service orientation and motivation by teamwork

  • Strong communication skills to manage escalations self-assured

  • Experience with the operation of highly complex IT systems

  • Structured work approach

  • Very good German language skills at level C1 (or higher) and English language skills at level B2 (or higher)

It would be optimal if you:

  • Bring experience in implementing process optimizations and efficiency improvements.

  • Can provide certifications in the ITIL domain.

Du führst und motivierst ein Expertenteam, das IT-Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden (m/w/d) erbringt. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen das Tagesgeschäft, bedarfsgerechte Ressourcenplanung, Sicherstellung der Servicequalität nach ITIL-Standards, Überwachung der Abläufe und Gewährleistung der vereinbarten Leistungen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Ausrichtung der Managed Services Business Unit

  • Kaufmännische Kalkulation der angebotenen Services

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Presales-Phase

  • Unterstützung der Unit Leads bei der Organisation der Rufbereitschaften

  • Definition von Best Practices im Sinne der ITIL

  • Anpassungen notwendiger Prozesse mit ISO-Verständnis

  • Qualitätssicherung für die definierten Dokumentationsstandards

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium

  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Teamarbeit

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Eskalationen souverän zu managen

  • Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb hochkomplexer IT-Systeme

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Level C1 (oder höher) und Englischkenntnisse auf Level B2 (oder höher)

Optimal wäre es, wenn du:

  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen und Effizienzsteigerungen mitbringst.
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich ITIL oder ISO nachweisen kannst.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
