Join our team as a Bid Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect or as soon as possible in a permanent, full-time position.

About the job:

  • Support the sales team in the evaluation and processing of procurement procedures, tenders, and mini-competitions in the public sector as well as for companies in the private sector

  • Review tender documents, qualify bid requirements, and conduct an initial feasibility analysis

  • Compile tender teams from technical units, involve the necessary departments to assess the situation, and identify required resources during the bidding process

  • Ensure a timely and quality-compliant tendering process

  • Assist in compiling and processing employee profiles as well as company references

  • Coordinate internal and external contact persons and contributions from departments, and moderate internal as well as external meetings

  • Organize the required documents, consolidate partial results, and compile them for final bids

  • Quality assurance of bid documents

  • Optimization of standards in bid management

Who you are:

  • Successfully completed commercial education, e.g., office manager, IT system manager, or a comparable degree

  • Basic understanding of IT

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Team spirit, quality awareness, and a high degree of initiative

  • Analytical thinking, structured and careful work, as well as good self-organization and teamwork

  • Service mentality, perseverance, and tact

  • Fluent in German and very good English skills

It would be optimal if you:

  • Know the regulations for awarding contracts and have experience with tendering platforms.

  • Have professional experience in the field of public procurement and knowledge of public procurement and contract law.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Evaluierung und Bearbeitung von Vergabeverfahren, Ausschreibungen und Mini-Wettbewerben im öffentlichen Sektor sowie für Unternehmen der freien Wirtschaft

  • Sichtung von Vergabeunterlagen, Qualifizierung von Angebotsanforderungen und Durchführung einer ersten Machbarkeitsanalyse

  • Zusammenstellung von Ausschreibungsteams aus den technischen Einheiten, Einbindung der erforderlichen Fachabteilungen zur Bewertung der Ausgangslage und Identifizierung der benötigten Ressourcen während des Angebotsprozesses

  • Gewährleistung eines termin- und qualitätsgerechten Ausschreibungsprozesses

  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenstellung und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiterprofilen sowie Unternehmensreferenzen

  • Koordination interner und externer Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) sowie der Zuarbeiten aus den Fachabteilungen und Moderation interner sowie externer Meetings

  • Organisation der geforderten Dokumente, Konsolidierung der Teilergebnisse und Zusammenstellung für finale Angebote

  • Qualitätssicherung der Angebotsunterlagen

  • Optimierung der Standards im Ausschreibungs- / Bid-Management

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau, IT-Systemkaufmann / IT-Systemkauffrau (m/w/d), ein vergleichbares abgeschlossenes Studium o. Ä.

  • Grundlegendes IT-Verständnis

  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in MS-Office

  • Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Selbstorganisation und Teamfähigkeit

  • Dienstleistungsmentalität, Durchhaltevermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl

  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Optimal wäre es, wenn du:

  • Die Vorschriften bei Auftragsvergabe kennst und Erfahrungen mit Vergabeplattformen hast.

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Öffentlicher Vergaben und Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Vergabe- und Vertragsrechts hast.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
