Vielfältige Videoformate – von Social Snippets für LinkedIn & TikTok über Interviews & Dokus bis hin zu Eventvideos oder Teasern für Kampagnen
Hybrides Arbeiten – Drehs und Meetings teils vor Ort, Schnitt und Konzept auch remote möglich
Input erwünscht – Du darfst nicht nur mitarbeiten, sondern mitdenken: Formate, Ideen, neue Tools? Sehr gern
Einarbeitung & Mentoring – Du arbeitest eng mit unserem festen Video Marketing Specialist zusammen und lernst on the job
Crossfunktionale Einblicke – enger Austausch mit Content, Social, Design, HR und weiteren Teams
Aufnahmen planen, begleiten und durchführen (Interviews, Statements, Teamvideos etc.)
Videos schneiden, vertonen und ggf. animieren (für Social Media und YouTube)
Content für unterschiedliche Plattformen anpassen (z. B. Hochkant für Reels, Querformat für Website oder Events)
Bei Bedarf: Mitentwicklung von Storyboards, Skripten und Formaten
Organisation von Technik, Drehplätzen, Release-Plänen etc.
Optional: Selbst vor der Kamera stehen oder Social-Inhalte mitprägen
Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Medien, Film, Design, Kommunikation oder Marketing
Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion – egal ob durch Uni-Projekte, eigene freie Arbeiten, YouTube, Insta, Praktika oder Hobby
Du kennst dich mit Tools wie Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve oder After Effects aus
Du hast ein Gespür für visuelles Storytelling, Ton und Timing
Du bist zuverlässig, organisiert und traust dich, eigene Ideen vorzuschlagen
Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.
After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.
After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.
Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.
We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
