Junto con nuestro director general, asumirás responsabilidades en proyectos de clientes después de una formación intensiva:

Tus tareas

  • Liderar la adquisición estratégica de nuevos clientes y el desarrollo de Nuevas áreas de Negocio con empresas medianas y grandes. 
  • Gestionar y potenciar la relación con clientes corporativos existentes, asegurando su satisfacción y crecimiento. 
  • Coordinar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la generación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de contratos, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos técnicos. 
  • Construir y mantener relaciones de confianza con los principales decisores, demostrando fiabilidad y excelentes habilidades de comunicación. 
  • Transformar las necesidades del cliente en soluciones tecnológicas concretas, destacando el valor y el retorno de la inversión. 
  • Contribuir al crecimiento de la compañía mediante una planificación rigurosa y un enfoque estratégico en ventas.

Lo que deberías aportar

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas directas de servicios de TI o soluciones complejas (segmento empresarial y/o pymes). 
  • Alta afinidad tecnológica para comprender soluciones IT complejas y una auténtica mentalidad “hunter”. 
  • Experiencia en posicionamiento y venta de servicios de consultoría
  • Conocimiento en una o más áreas: Data Center, Cloud, Kubernetes o Seguridad
  • Fuerte orientación al cliente y al servicio
  • Excelentes habilidades de networking y presencia profesional para interactuar con interlocutores de alto nivel. 
  • Disciplina y fiabilidad en la gestión de actividades comerciales y construcción de pipelines sólidos. 
  • Mentalidad consultiva, con sólidas capacidades analíticas y habilidad para proponer soluciones a medida. 
  • Conocimientos básicos de principales tecnologías cloud y software.
  • Dominio excelente del español e inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.

Sería ideal si además tienes:

  • Conocimiento de los desafíos y tendencias específicas en diferentes sectores
  • Experiencia en soluciones Cloud de Vmware

Together with our Managing Director, you will take responsibility for exciting customer projects after comprehensive onboarding—with real creative freedom and short decision-making paths.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic acquisition of new customers and development of the New Business area with medium and large companies.
  • Management and further development of existing enterprise customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, working in synergy with technical teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating reliability and strong listening skills.
  • Translate customer needs into concrete IT solutions, emphasizing value and return on investment.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth through disciplined planning and a strategic sales approach.

What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales of IT services or complex solutions (enterprise or SME).
  • Strong IT affinity to understand complex IT solutions and a true “hunter mindset”
  • Experience in positioning and selling consulting services
  • Experience in one or more areas: Data Center, Cloud, Kubernetes or Security
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent networking skills and professional presence to engage with high-level stakeholders.
  • Discipline and reliability in managing sales activities and building solid pipelines.
  • Consultative mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to propose tailored solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of major cloud and software technologies.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Ideally, You Also Have:

  • Knowledge of Vmware Cloud solution
  • Understanding of industry-specific challenges and emerging trends across different sectors
  • Knowledge of Vmware Cloud solutions

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
