About the job: 

  • Building cornerstones: You will independently implement administrative measures and processes within the entire employee journey in a targeted manner, creating a valuable foundation for HR work. This includes creating contracts, maintaining personnel files, creating references, certificates and much more

  • Appreciation: You support us in our employee benefits management and administer our employees' benefits

  • Maintain an overview: You always keep an eye on our existing People & Culture processes, manage them and check that they are being adhered to

Who you are: 

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with possible additional training (e.g. personnel specialist) 

  • You have already gained initial experience in operational HR work during your training or in the form of internships 

  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, ideally also with Workday HCM 

  • Discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you

  • You are a team player with a high degree of initiative 

  • You have a service mentality, quality awareness and a careful way of working

  • Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Grundpfeiler bauen: Du setzt eigenständig administrative Maßnahmen und Prozesse innerhalb der gesamten Employee Journey zielgerichtet um und schaffst so die wertvolle Grundlage der HR-Arbeit. Dazu gehören die Vertragserstellung, Führen von Personalakten, Zeugniserstellung, Bescheinigungen uvm.

  • Wertschätzen: Du unterstützt uns in unserem Employee Benefitmanagement und verwaltest die Benefits unserer Mitarbeitenden

  • Überblick behalten: Du hast unsere bestehenden People & Culture Prozesse immer im Blick, verwaltest diese und prüfst, dass sie eingehalten werden

Das bringst du mit: 

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit eventueller Zusatzausbildung (z.B. Personalfachwirt:in) 

  • Du konntest bereits während deiner Ausbildung oder in Form von Praktika erste Erfahrungen in der operativen Personalarbeit sammeln 

  • Du hast erweiterte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, idealerweise auch mit Workday HCM 

  • Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich

  • Teamfähigkeit und ein hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus 

  • Du verfügst über eine Dienstleistungsmentalität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.

After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.

Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.

We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
