As an Inside Sales Administrator (m/f/d), you will support our team in handling invoicing processes and be in direct contact with our customers. Become part of our group-wide team at our locations in Mainz or Frankfurt and contribute to taking our internal processes and customer relationships to the next level.

About the job: 

  • Creation and dispatch of outgoing invoices – by e-mail, post or upload to customer and partner portals

  • Checking performance records and reconciliation with the internal booking system

  • Clarifying invoices with colleagues, customers and partners

  • Checking outgoing invoices

  • Supporting sales staff in determining the price of hardware, software and services

  • Maintenance and use of partner portals

  • Preparation of offers in collaboration with sales and business areas

  • Support in the purchasing process

  • Continuous review and optimization of your own work area and related processes

Who you are: 

  • Completed commercial/technical training or comparable studies 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  • Experience in handling and using CRM & ERP systems

  • At least two years of professional experience with a focus on accounting or bookkeeping in general

  • High service orientation and enjoy working in a team

  • Good communication skills with German language skills at level C1 (or higher) and English language skills at level B2 (or higher)

It would be optimal if you:

  • Have Experience in dealing with customer inquiries and an understanding of customer service and the ability to respond to inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

  • Have expertise in using HubSpot and Workday.

Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Inside Sales – Fokus Rechnungswesen

Du hast ein Auge für Details und bist mit den Prozessen im Rechnungswesen vertraut? Du liebst es, mit Kunden zu kommunizieren und dabei gleichzeitig Zahlen im Blick zu behalten? Dann suchen wir genau dich! Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Inside Sales unterstützt du unser Team bei der Abwicklung von Rechnungsprozessen und stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden. Werde Teil unseres gruppenweit agierenden Teams an unseren Standorten Mainz oder Frankfurt und trage dazu bei, unsere internen Prozesse und Kundenbeziehungen auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Erstellung und Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen – per Mail, Post oder per Upload in Kunden- und Partnerportalen

  • Kontrolle von Leistungsnachweisen und Abgleich mit internem Buchungssystem

  • Rechnungsklärung mit Kollegen, Kunden und Partnern

  • Kontrolle von Ausgangsrechnungen

  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeitenden bei der Preisermittlung von Hardware,- Software- und Dienstleistungen

  • Pflege und Nutzung von Partnerportalen

  • Erstellung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Business Areas

  • Unterstützung im Einkaufsprozess

  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung des eigenen Arbeitsbereichs und der angrenzenden Prozesse

Das bringst du mit: 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium 

  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 

  • Erfahrung im Umgang und Nutzung von CRM & ERP Systemen

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Fokus auf Rechnungswesen oder Buchhaltung im Allgemeinen

  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Deutschkenntnissen auf Level C1 (oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen auf Level B2 (oder höher)

Optimal wäre es, wenn du:

  • Know-how im Umgang mit HubSpot und Workday hast.

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenanfragen und ein Verständnis für den Kundenservice und die Fähigkeit, auf Anfragen professionell und lösungsorientiert zu reagieren, mitbringst.
