Managed Container Platform

Your Kubernetes cluster: fully operated & always ready

Accelerate your application delivery with enterprise-grade Kubernetes architectures. Our certified engineers handle the operational heavy lifting under a binding 99.99% availability guarantee, keeping your infrastructure stable and secure.

Innovation Foundations

Kubernetes engineered for execution, not operational friction

Containerisation is the driving engine behind modern software engineering, empowering teams to deploy fast and scale workflows instantly. However, managing highly dynamic Kubernetes environments in production should not distract your brightest development minds from their core application goals. True platform efficiency happens when you decouple developer agility from the continuous burden of infrastructure maintenance.

evoila’s Managed Container Platform delivers a production-ready cloud native environment. We deploy a pristine, high-performance cluster landscape that transitions seamlessly into our expert operations with zero downtime. Your developers retain absolute administrative control over their applications, while we assume full operational accountability for the underlying orchestration engine.

Three core business benefits:

  • Operational Continuity: We bridge the gap between design and active operations, running your platform end to end
  • Full Cluster Autonomy: Your team deploys and manages applications freely while we stabilise the framework beneath
  • Platform Reliability: Our architectures ensure maximum system uptime backed by standardised, documented workflows

Market Reality

Kubernetes is powerful, operating it is another matter

Elevating your cloud native journey beyond day one

Modern applications depend on a growing stack of supporting services. A PostgreSQL database for persistent storage. Redis for caching. RabbitMQ for message queuing. Elasticsearch for search and observability. Vault for secret management. Harbor for container image storage. Each service needs to be provisioned, configured, secured, monitored, backed up, and kept up to date.

For development teams, this creates a persistent tension. The services are not the product. They are the foundation the product runs on. But someone has to build and operate them. Internal platform teams are often stretched. Hyperscaler managed services offer convenience but at a price: standardized configurations, limited flexibility, and costs that scale faster than actual usage.

Self-managed services inside a Kubernetes cluster are another option. But they introduce operational overhead that most development teams are not structured to absorb. Updates get delayed. Monitoring is inconsistent. Backups are incomplete. When something breaks at 2am, there is no one to call.

A cluster without a defined operational model is a liability from day one of production

Every week without qualified 24/7 coverage, documented runbooks and a governed update process increases your exposure

The Challenge

Where self-managed Kubernetes runs out of road

Five specific factors that lead to a significant increase in overhead and high operational risk:

Time to value

Provisioning and configuring infrastructure services from scratch delays application delivery by days or weeks.

Operational distraction

Development teams pulled into infrastructure operations lose focus on product work.

Hyperscaler mismatch

Generic managed services from public cloud providers are over-engineered, over-priced, or poorly matched to specific application needs.

Availability risk

Self-managed services without 24/7 monitoring and defined incident response create silent failure risk.

Backup gaps

Inconsistent or missing backup configurations for stateful services expose organizations to data loss.

evoila brings the certified engineers, the operational processes and the platform infrastructure ready to go

Our Solution

From project delivery to fully managed operations

evoila’s Managed Containerized Services give development teams direct access to a curated catalog of production-ready application services. Each service runs on evoila’s shared Kubernetes platform, operated and maintained by evoila’s certified engineers. No cluster management. No operational runbooks. No on-call rotation required from your side.

Services are independently bookable. You take what you need, when you need it. Each service is available in three resource tiers designed to match your application’s actual requirements at different stages of growth.

  • Available in small, medium & large: Each size tier defines included CPU and RAM resources. Storage is billed separately based on actual consumption, including backup storage where applicable
  • Current service catalog includes: Redis, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, SFTP, ArgoCD, Vault, etcd, OpenVPN, Harbor, LBaaS, and MinIO.

The catalog reflects the real-world infrastructure stack of modern cloud-native applications. It is not a generic hyperscaler offering. It is a selection built and operated by engineers who work with these technologies in production every day.

For organizations that need to operate their own services within a dedicated cluster, evoila’s Managed Container Platform is the right next step.

Tech-Deep-Dive

What evoila operates and how

Shared Kubernetes platform

All Managed Containerized Services run on evoila’s shared Kubernetes platform, hosted on the evoila Cloud Platform. The underlying infrastructure commits to a 99.9% availability SLO. Maintenance windows are announced in advance and excluded from availability calculations.

Service operations included as standard

For every booked service, evoila’s operations team covers:

  • Service deployment and initial configuration
  • Version updates and patch management
  • Monitoring of service availability and performance
  • Standard backup of configuration data

Optional add-ons

Two optional services extend the standard offering based on your needs:

Extended monitoring

Metric and log data retention for 180 days, enabling deeper historical analysis and compliance use cases.

Backup

Individually configurable backup schedules and retention periods for stateful services, matched to your recovery requirements.

Resource model

Each service is available in three t-shirt sizes (small, medium, large) with defined CPU and RAM allocations. Storage is metered and billed based on actual consumption. Backup storage is billed separately based on retention configuration.

Service independence

Each service in the catalog is bookable independently. There are no mandatory bundles or minimum package requirements. You scale individual services as your application evolves.

Infrastructure foundation

Services run on the evoila Cloud Platform, which provides the high-availability Kubernetes foundation, network infrastructure, and storage layer. evoila manages the full stack beneath the service boundary so your team never needs to interact with cluster-level operations.

Technical Advantages

What your team gains

From zero to production in hours

A new PostgreSQL instance for an upcoming release. A Redis cache for a performance-critical service. A Harbor registry for your container images. Each of these is available without infrastructure provisioning, cluster configuration, or operational handover. Your team books the service and builds.

Operations that do not distract

Updates, patches, incident response, and monitoring are evoila’s responsibility. Development teams are not pulled into infrastructure work. The operational boundary is clear from day one.

Expertise that hyperscalers cannot match

evoila’s engineers specialize in these technologies. They run Redis, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and the rest in production environments every day. When your application behaves unexpectedly, or a service configuration needs tuning, you are talking to specialists. Not a generic support tier.

Costs that reflect actual usage

Fixed resource tiers keep infrastructure costs predictable. Storage billed by consumption means you do not over-provision for workloads that have not yet materialized. Optional backup and extended monitoring are additive. You pay for what you need.

A platform that grows with you

Start with a single PostgreSQL instance. Add RabbitMQ when your architecture needs async messaging. Scale to medium or large as traffic grows. And when your team is ready to operate services within a dedicated cluster independently, evoila’s Managed Container Platform provides the natural next step.
