Implementation is the Build phase of evoila’s Plan-Build-Run delivery model. It encompasses everything between a finalised architecture and a running production system: deployment, configuration, migration, integration, custom development, testing and handover to operations. Depending on the engagement, it may run in weeks or months, across a single site or multiple countries. The scope varies. The standard does not.

evoila carries full structural responsibility for the entire build lifecycle. This includes managing the expected milestones as well as solving the unforeseen challenges that naturally appear when theory meets complex infrastructure. When components do not behave as planned, resolving the issue is entirely our job instead of a ticket routed back to your internal teams.

No translation layer

In a typical multi-vendor setup, the move from consulting to implementation is a handover. Context gets summarised in a document, assumptions made during design are not always written down, and the build team meets surprises the design team would have seen coming.
