If the certification or training fits your career path or helps us in the next enterprise project, we make it happen smoothly and cover the costs.

Our remote-first policy is real, and many of our specialists work entirely from home or their favorite local spots. You will not be forced to come to the office just to log your presence. However, remote work is not an island. We are a team, and we deliver high-end consulting. This means that if a client explicitly requests an on-site workshop, or if we hold an intense team architecture session or an team event, we expect you to join us in person. These on-site days are always planned openly and well in advance, so you can easily organize your travel without any stress.
