European by Core,
Global by ambition

evoila has the best of both worlds:
Global Connectivity & Local Reliability

We live in a time where seamless connectivity is the new standard, “going global” is no longer a disruption, it’s an opportunity. At evoila, we don’t just bridge distances; we evolve alongside the trends that shape the modern market and IT is global by nature.

evoila is global by design

The fact that the world is growing closer together isn’t a shock to anyone, it is the modern standard for business. At evoila, we don’t just watch these global trends, we’ve scaled our organisation to match them. By combining a strong European core with a growing global reach, we ensure that your IT infrastructure remains as agile and connected as the markets you serve.

“We did not expand because a strategy document told us to. We expanded because the model worked, the talent existed, and clients needed a partner who could actually keep up the speed. A globalised world is the new baseline, not just a trend.” Johannes Hiemer (CEO evoila)

3 Reasons why our footprint benefits you

Trend-synced growth

We expand where the technology and the markets move. We stay as close to global developments as you do

Cross-border expertise

Whether it’s navigating European GDPR or scaling in the Middle East, we provide the local knowledge required for global success

Consistent quality

We bring “Made in Germany” engineering standards to every time zone, ensuring your systems are reliable, wherever they run

How the expansion started

In 2021, evoila takes its first international step into Austria. Not announced as a transformation, treated as a disciplined experiment. One Country Managing Director. Local independence. Shared technical know-how. Access to evoila’s toolchain, methodology and partner network. The experiment works.

What makes the model replicable is its underlying principle. Country Managing Directors are not regional representatives of a central function. They are entrepreneurs with real P&L accountability, personally invested in the success of their market. This creates local speed and quality, because decisions are made by people who carry the consequences, not by committee.

Germany acts as the first-mover in structural development: processes, certifications, toolchain integrations, and governance frameworks developed in Germany become the blueprint for new markets. That dramatically reduces setup burden and accelerates time-to-operational in each new country.

“IT challenges borders, and we like challenges. Through disciplined organic growth and well-chosen acquisitions, evoila has built a presence that combines local expertise with centralised technical depth, across 15 countries and growing.” Jürgen Horak (COO, evoila)

Where we stand today

Active in 15 Countries and we’re just getting started

DACH Region

Germany, Austria and Switzerland form evoila’s strategic and operational core. Complex architecture engagements, quality management, and group-level strategy are anchored here. The most demanding client challenges are typically designed and led from this region.

Europe

Poland, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and Luxembourg deliver agile, scalable engineering capacity with strong local client relationships. Each market operates with its own leadership and full commercial independence.

Global Reach

USA, South Africa, India and United Arab Emirates. Built through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions including COPiTOS (Luxembourg), Inleo (Poland), PROSIS GmbH (Germany), and Routed Hosting (South Africa). Each acquisition was chosen for cultural alignment and technical complementarity, not for headcount alone.

Nearshoring as a strategic capability

The nearshoring teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria are not a cost-reduction vehicle. They are full delivery teams operating to the same quality standards as every other evoila team. The distinction matters because it determines how those teams are managed, developed, and presented to clients.

The Bulgaria team carries a specific structural advantage: proximity to Broadcom’s Center of Competence accelerates technical knowledge exchange and opens business development channels that are not available at distance. That proximity is part of the reason the team exists where it does.

As European price pressure continues to intensify and the war for senior technical talent drives onshore delivery costs higher, a high-quality nearshoring model is increasingly a competitive requirement, not a tactical option. evoila’s nearshoring capability is being scaled into a structural differentiator as part of Strategy 2030.

What consistent international quality means for clients

Cross-border regulatory expertise

GDPR, NIS2, DORA, TISAX, and national compliance requirements across EU jurisdictions are understood by the teams who operate in those markets. Compliance is not handled from a central legal function. It is built into delivery.

Scalable team mobilisation

The country template model means that adding capacity in a new geography is a defined process, not a custom project. For clients with multi-country deployment requirements, this is the difference between a partner and a constraint.

Language and culture without friction

evoila teams communicate in the language their clients think in, both technically and culturally. That eliminates the translation layer that slows down so many international IT engagements.
