WAS DICH ERWARTET
Als Werkstudent:in im Event Marketing arbeitest du direkt unserer Eventmanagerin zu, vom initiativen Brainstorming bis zum nachgelagerten Debrief. Du wächst Schritt für Schritt in den Event-Lifecycle hinein:
- Pre-Event: Recherche & Abstimmung mit Locations und Dienstleister:innen, Teilnehmendenlisten, Material- und Branding-Vorbereitung
- Onsite: Check-in, Gästebetreuung, Ablauf im Blick behalten, Auf-/Abbau mit anpacken, Schnittstelle zur Location
- Post-Event: Feedback einsammeln, Dokumentation, Learnings festhalten, Materialrücklauf
Dabei bekommst du Mentoring, klare Checklisten und echten Gestaltungsspielraum – Verantwortung übernehmen wir gemeinsam und mit wachsender Routine übernimmst du eigene Teilprojekte.
IM ÜBERBLICK
- Konzeption, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitungsaktivitäten von internen und externen Events aller Größenordnungen im Einklang mit den Zielen und dem Budget (nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen) im B2B-Umfeld
- Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z.B. Business Units, Partnern, Marketing Team)
- Teilnehmenden-Befragung und Berichterstattung über den Erfolg der Veranstaltungen
- Auswahl und Management von Veranstaltungsorten, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL
- Immatrikuliert in Veranstaltungs-/Tourismus-/Freizeitmanagement, Marketing oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
- Erste Event-Erfahrung (Werkstudium, Nebenjob, Praktikum oder Ehrenamt)
- Organisationstalent mit Blick für Details, Timings und Prioritäten
- Eigenverantwortlich: strukturiertes, selbstständiges, zuverlässiges Arbeiten ist selbstverständlich für dich
- Du magst Teamarbeit mit sicherer, freundlicher Kommunikation gegenüber Dienstleister:innen & Kolleg:innen
- Hands-on-Mentality: Vor-Ort-Action macht dir Spaß, gelegentlich auch außerhalb klassischer Bürozeiten (selten)
- Tool-Routine: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Forms sind dir bekannt
- Sprache: Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort & Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
- Lust auf eine langfristige Perspektive im Event-Bereich

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.
After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
Your document should contain a personal address as well as your CV and your previous qualifications such as school, study, certifications, certificates, etc. A picture of you can also be included in the letter as well as your salary requirements.
After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.
Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.
We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
