Deine Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für unser Financial Administration Team, koordinierst die Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams und stehst als zentrale Ansprechperson für vorbereitende buchhalterische Themen zur Verfügung
- Du buchst Eingangsrechnungen gewissenhaft ein und verantwortest die termingerechte Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen – inkl. des zugehörigen Controllings
- Du führst die Bankenabstimmung durch und sorgst für eine saubere, jederzeit nachvollziehbare Kontenklärung
- Du managst den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr und führst Überweisungen präzise und rechtzeitig durch
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zum Accounting und bereitest die Themen so auf, dass Monats- und Jahresabschluss reibungslos laufen
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und behältst betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen jederzeit im Blick
- Du bereitest vertragliche Themen so vor, dass alle notwendigen Informationen vorliegen und Verträge (z.B. via DocuSign) zirkuliert werden können
- Du entwickelst unsere Prozesse und Software-Lösungen rund um Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Querverrechnung kontinuierlich weiter
- Du behältst jederzeit den Überblick – eine ordentliche Dokumentenablage ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen bzw. in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du bist eine natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit, agierst als Mentor:in für das Team, unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden aktiv, teilst Dein Wissen und setzt hohe Standards für Zusammenarbeit und Umsetzung
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung, im Zahlungsverkehr und in der Bankenabstimmung mit
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und gewohnt, mit Software-Lösungen für Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Reisekosten, Zahlungen und Querverrechnung zu arbeiten
- Du hast ein solides Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und/oder des Projekt-Controllings
- Durch Deinen strukturierten Arbeitsstil behältst Du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und gewissenhaft
- Du überzeugst durch Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.
After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.

After an online conversation via Skype, Zoom or another online tool we will provide you with a simple task. You will bring along the result of the task to a personal conversation in one of our offices. When everything fits, nothing will prevent us from hiring you.
Usually the conversations (online and onsite) take place with you, a potential team leader for your position and a human resources representative.
We evaluate your score using a point system. That is based on your documents, the interview, the personal impression and the result of the small task.
