Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt a.M. einen Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d) für unsere Business Unit Modern Collaboration.
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Atlassian-Lösungen wie Jira Software, Jira Service Management und Confluence, sowie Plugins.
Du analysierst Anforderungen, berätst zu Best Practices und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden und Projektteams passgenaue Lösungen für moderne Collaboration- und ITSM-Prozesse. Dabei begleitest du Projekte von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zu Workshops, Schulungen und dem laufenden Support. Mit deiner technischen Expertise und deiner Beratungsstärke trägst du dazu bei, effiziente Arbeitsabläufe zu schaffen und nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden zu generieren.
Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

Beratung, Anforderungsanalyse, Implementierung, Konfiguration, Support und Anpassung von Atlassian-Tools gemäß den spezifischen Kundenanforderungen

Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices und Prozessen zur effizienten Nutzung der Atlassian-Tools

Unterstützung bei der Integration von Atlassian-Tools in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen

Technische Unterstützung und Problemlösung für Kundenanfragen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, um kundenspezifische Lösungen zu entwickeln

Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Endbenutzer und Administratoren

Incident Management, Probleme Management, Change Enablement und Release Management (ITIL)
Deine Qualifikation:

Berufserfahrung, Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der IT

Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Atlassian (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence sowie Plugins)

Erfahrung mit ITSM-Prozessen und ITIL
-
Beratungsaffinität und Support Erfahrung

Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

If you feel comfortable in a cloud technology like OpenStack, CloudFoundy, AWS, etc. or you know a lot about a virtualization technology like VMware vSphere, then you’re in the right place with us. We will also train you as a cloud engineer or cloud architect.
After about 1 week, you will know whether we want to get to know you. Then you will be invited to an online conversation.
